Our inventory of properties for sale usually ranges from between 5 - 25 listings priced between $1 - 150 Million. Our largest sale ever, the Cojo - Jalama Ranch, listed at $155 Million, closed in January 2007.

All of our listings are given their own portion of our site filled with information, maps, photos, and sometimes even slide shows or movie clips. We update the site on a daily basis, so you will never call our office about a property and find out that we sold it three months ago. Unlike other broker websites, we do not link to regional MLS databases that show every single listing for sale in a huge region. We believe that it is a disservice to provide information about listings we know nothing, or little, about. All of the properties offered to sale on this website, unless clearly marked, are our exclusive listings. We are specialists in this area of the market, and we know that area better than anyone else.
